Some custom-made stir-fry stoves even exceed 20 kW in power, fully meeting the high-power requirements for intensive cooking tasks such as stir-frying and deep-frying in commercial kitchens.

The combustion chamber is designed with an explosion-proof pressure relief port, and the pipeline connections use metal flexible hoses combined with flanged joints to ensure safe operation.

High durability: Although the core components have a relatively short replacement cycle due to long-term operation under high load, the structural design incorporates modular inspection ports, enabling maintenance personnel to quickly replace faulty components and thereby minimizing downtime losses.
