Some custom-built wok burners even exceed 20 kW, fully meeting the high-power demands of intensive cooking tasks such as stir-frying and deep-frying in commercial kitchens.

High security configuration: In addition to the basic flame-out protection device, we’ve also incorporated gas leak detection, an overpressure cut-off valve, and an automatic fire-extinguishing system. The combustion chamber is designed with an explosion-proof pressure relief port, and the pipeline connections use metal flexible hoses combined with flanged joints to ensure safe operation.

High durability: Although the core components have a relatively short replacement cycle due to long-term operation under high load, the structural design incorporates modular inspection ports, enabling maintenance personnel to quickly replace faulty components and thereby minimizing downtime losses.
