Product Description
Product Features
The refrigeration temperature of a wind curtain cabinet is typically set between 2 and 8°C. This temperature range is ideal for storing foods such as beverages, yogurt, milk, vacuum-packed meats, cooked dishes, fruits, and more. At the heart of the wind curtain cabinet’s design is its ability to keep food fresh and hygienic. By generating a uniform curtain of airflow, it effectively prevents air convection between the inside and outside of the cabinet, thereby reducing food drying and spoilage.
In practical operation, adjusting the temperature of a wind curtain cabinet requires following specific steps. First, you need to master how to use the electronic temperature controller, including setting both the maximum and minimum temperatures. Typically, after pressing the “Set” button, the display will show “F01”; at this point, you can set the maximum temperature. Press the “Set” button again, and the display will show “F02,” allowing you to set the minimum temperature. When setting these temperatures, the difference between the maximum and minimum temperatures must be four numerical values. For example, you could set the maximum temperature at 5 degrees and the minimum temperature at 1 degree. This temperature range can meet the refrigeration needs of most food products.
